We are now looking for a Marketing Executive, to join us on this journey and help us realize our potential.

The role


  • Deliver innovative, disruptive and effective marketing campaigns

The person:

Our new marketer will be passionate about brands, digital marketing and innovating in the B2B space.  They will want to disrupt the norm whilst being intelligently focused on the difference between fun stunts and memorable marketing.  Likely to be a digital native they will have an enviable portfolio of work that positively impacted commercial success.

Key responsibilities and results areas:

  • Imagine, propose and own disruptive, creative activity that is rooted in the brand standards and a relevant market context
  • Grow a relevant digital community who engage with, share and contribute content (you won’t be generating all of the content)
  • Own the website front end to consistently deliver fresh and inspiring content whilst respecting brand stability
  • Create, populate and deliver a Content Planner that sits behind the Predictive Marketing Plan
  • Deliver, report and evaluate eMarketing campaigns
  • Support the overall marketing activity
  • Support customer and service delivery comms
  • Constantly support the Dev, Sales and Service teams to amplify their efforts

Reporting to:

  • Marketing Director

Responsible for:

  • Build positive and productive relationships with external agencies, 3rd party influencers, and internal colleagues who will be a critical part of successful marketing
  • Key colleagues will be in a variety of teams including Sales, Development, UI, Product and Content

Education or qualifications required for the job:

  • Classically trained or self-starter marketers are all welcome to show how and why they can deliver results!
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft office and CMS systems are vital


  • Proven ability to balance creativity with sound rigour and structure
  • Demonstrable digital experience and community building
  • Ability to move a great creative idea through strategy and hands-on implementation
  • Willingness to work on and offline with experience in both
  • Track record in creative B2B environments
  • A desire to ‘get stuck in’ and take the initiative
  • Experience in managing external agencies


  • Technology or software product experience
  • High energy
  • Budgeting capabilities
  • Flair for writing
  • Creative Cloud skills
