Drive CyberScore™ sales that exceed the business plan targets


The person:

Our CyberScoreTM Sales team are passionate about opening a new space in the cyber security market and bringing forward a disruptive and deeply credible technology product.  They are driven to enable organisations of all size and type to uplift their cyber security management and deploy ground-breaking technology to rapidly, repeatedly and reliably manage their security posture.

Our new Sales Manager will have outstanding experience in the cyber security/tech/SaaS/ channel space and feel confident to advise both enterprise and MSP/CSP customers.  Being fully immersed in the product and its place is the market will be essential.

We are already working with some of the UK’s leading organisations and have a strong pipeline of interest.  Our Sales effort requires people who are happy to identify and drive leads independently with the support of outstanding talented technical, service and marketing resource.

Key responsibilities and results areas:

  • Identify, qualify and executive winning sales initiatives
  • Secure a steady pipeline of customers on demo and in pilot
  • Convert a healthy line of customers from pilot to commercials
  • Embrace and ideally smash targets!


Reporting to:

  • Sales and Marketing Director


Essential:

  • Cyber Security sales experience
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrable experience in closing mid-high value deals
  • Proven ability to identify, qualify and convert prospects
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • A credible style that engenders real trust with customers and colleagues
  • Sound financial acumen
  • A willingness to take on new learning and coaching styles
  • A desire to ‘get stuck in’ and take the initiative
